The Police's New York, New York concert

I had read reviews from earlier concerts. Seemed to get the impression that people either loved it or felt disappointed, with very little in betweens. Most prior complaints where that the remixes of some of the songs made them unrecoginizable until you could pick up on the lyrics. Understandably, we all want to hear the songs the way we remember them. Other complaints included Sting and Andy doing very little talking, or moving on stage. Low energy, with the crowd not really getting into it. Having said all that, none of those complaints came true at the concert last night. It was amazing!!! 95% of the audience stood the whole time, including myself. Sting looks amazing, so does Stewart Copeland, But Summers look old & slow, without energy, but he tried. I loved the playlist, though was sorely disappointed that they did not play Spirits in the material world. Loved Sting's energy, his voice tired out towards the end, but it did not matter, they had made their mark. Loved it.
